Pet, House and Farm Sitting Services

Some pets just feel more comfortable at home. Or maybe you have multiple pets, and need a cost effective way to provide care for them. For your special pets, we provide pet sitting services in your home.

When you create a pet sitting reservation with us, you will be assigned a sitter who will be your regular sitter for all future services. Your sitter is covered by our company liability insurance, worker's compensation insurance, and is bonded against fraud or dishonesty. Your assigned sitter has passed a criminal background check before joining our team. When you choose TLC Dog Training and Critter Care for your pet sitting needs, you can rest assured that we have back up sitters available in the event of an emergency, so that you don't have to deal with your neighbor or friend's last minute change in plans!

Our sitters not only care for your pets, but at each visit, they perform a quick, but thorough check of your home, ensuring that windows and doors remain locked and that no untoward situations like leaking plumbing or broken HVAC are waiting for you upon your return. For your peace of mind, we provide a secure website for you where you can view reports of your pet's activities during your absence, at no additional charge, and of course, you can always call us.

Pet sitting services include mail collection and turning lights on and off. We can also water your plants, move trash cans, and perform other simple home maintenance tasks while you are away. Fees are negotiable. Just ask!

Fees

Regular visit price: is $25.00 per visit within our standard travel zone and includes feeding and care of 1 to 3 pets. The fee for each additional pet is generally $3.00 per day, but is negotiable depending upon the complexity of the assignment. For trips outside of our normal travel zone there is an additional charge of 50¢ per mile and an additional service charge of $10.00 per 15 minutes of travel time.

Overnight visit price: $55.00 per visit. Our sitter will arrive at approximately 8:30 p.m. and will provide evening and early morning pet care for 1 to 3 pets. The sitter will depart at approximately 7:00 a.m.
