Our Location
We are currently seeking a commercial location in the Wake Forest/Youngsville area to call home. We are offering a $1000 finder's fee to the individual who can bring us details of a property that we subsequently contract to lease or purchase and obtain zoning approval, if required. Agents welcome.
Property Specifications
We are currently monitoring properties in the MLS through realtor.com, so please do not send information about those properties that appear there. We are seeking information from sources outside of the MLS. Commercial properties are not listed on Realtor.com, so we welcome information about them.
Before submitting a property for consideration, please verify that the property meets the following criteria:
- Is located within 10 miles of 369 N Fallsview Lane, Wake Forest, NC
- Meets all zoning restrictions for a commercial boarding kennel. Zoning for kennels is different in each jurisdiction within the subject area. The best way to determine whether a commercial kennel would be permitted on the property in question is to locate the address of the property and call the appropriate zoning department.
- Has indoor and outdoor spaces available for housing animals. We will provide any required fencing.
- Of adequate size to construct a kennel and install required parking and visual and noise screening if required. These requirements will vary greatly depending upon the jurisdiction and the zoning.
- The property may be vacant land or have existing buildings. Open span/flex space is an attractive option in a commercial building.
- Leasing, lease to own, and owner financing options will make a property more attractive.
