Small Group Classes

We hold classes at several locations in northeastern Wake County. Class sizes are limited to 6 dogs and handlers, ensuring you of a pleasant learning environment. Please see our Current Class Schedule for a current listing of class offerings and prices.

Puppy Headstart -- $50.00 -- Price includes clicker and class manual.

A four-week course for you and your puppy aged 10 - 16 weeks. Your puppy must have received at least two sets of puppy shots to attend classes. You will teach your puppy to walk on a leash, come when called, sit, and down. You will begin work on the stay. You will also learn about basic grooming and handling techniques, house training, and learning games for your puppy.

Basic Manners - $50.00 -- Price includes clicker and class manual.

A four-week course for you and your dog aged 4 months or older. You will teach your dog to walk on a leash, come when called, sit, down, and stay. You will learn basic grooming an handling techniques, house training, and learning games for your dog.

Intermediate/Advanced Manners - $50.00 Price includes class manual. Prerequisite is Puppy Headstart and/or Basic Manners or equivalent.

A four-week course for dogs 6 months of age and older and properly conditioned to the clicker. Owner must present written Certificate of Rabies Vaccination prior to class. You will continue to build on the basics covered in Puppy Headstart and Basic Manners, requiring obedient response from greater distances and with greater distractions.
